This website is operated by PupFloat™ ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, please do not use the site or purchase from us.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in using the Service. A breach of these terms results in immediate termination of your Service.
2. Products and pricing
Product images are representative. Slight variation in colour may occur between what you see on screen and the item you receive, depending on your display.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and to limit quantities per customer or per order.
All product measurements are given as a guide. Please allow 1–3 cm variance due to manual measurement.
3. Product safety and intended use
PupFloat™ flotation products are buoyancy aids, not life-saving devices. They are designed to assist a dog in water; they do not guarantee a dog's safety and are not a substitute for active supervision.
You agree to:
- Supervise your dog at all times when they are in or near water, whether or not a jacket is worn.
- Check the fit, stitching, straps and buckles before every use.
- Discontinue use if the product shows any sign of damage or wear.
- Select the correct size using our published size guide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or death arising from misuse, incorrect sizing, inadequate supervision, or use of a damaged product.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.
5. Orders and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your email address and payment details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, and to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment system. We do not see, handle or store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery timeframes, costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
8. Third-party links and services
Our site may include links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Please review their terms before engaging with them.

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images and the PupFloat™ name — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
